Greetings Buddies:

Wow...go figure, the Idiot Box finally inched down a little bit today...weird. I skipped a workout over the weekend because I was so tired and ate Indian food last weekend...so more calories made the scale move?

I know I probably do not eat enough - not on purpose or design - it just ends up that way. The Orange Theory Fitness trainer tells me to eat more protein (130-140 grams) and many more calories.

SO the food tweaking continues...but am glad the Idiot Box moved at all!
