Looking forward to a great week, this weekend was a very nice one. I was able to keep the pie hole closed for the most part. The weather is winter and that is great for this time of year.

Have my first colonoscopy screening tomorrow, a bit apprehensive about that. Not that I am worried that anything is wrong but have never been admitted to a hospital before, never really been sedated either. It will be a new and interesting adventure.

I hope you all have a wonderful week and that you win the fight against the fat demons and show them who is boss. For to long they have ruled our lives and in some cases almost ruined it. Lets take charge and kick them to the curb.
