Ok the exercise is not the problem. I have been getting up at 5am at least 5 times a week to do some form of it. the eating of course is my down fall. But it is very disheartening when you try so hard in the gym make small losses i would lose 1 - 2lbs in a week. But change & fall off the wagon just a bit and everything comes back with a vengance. I started at 176 got down to 172 that took me 4 weeks. Managed to get to 177 in one week if it was one or 2 lbs i would have been ok but 5 wth. And it wasnt as if i ate that badly but i guess it was bad enough. And i didnt do as much cardio i focused on weigh training. Obvioiusly i need to incorporate both.I didnt even bother to weigh in. But i didnt stop and let it get me down. i will just keep on keeping on. I refuse to go through yet another summer thinking … if I had only suck with it that time and not gave in or up.. where would I be now (in a bikini lol)
