Today I skipped breakfast, went food shopping before the next big snow hits..I bought alot more fiber rich veggies & some fruit..Going to make myself some homemade Pico De Gallo for my avocado tonight..I did stop at McDonalds for brunch..I passed up on the fench friesand burgers..I got 10 nuggets and coffee..I really didnt miss the fries..but I sure coulda went for the hot fudge sundae..lol but proud that I didnt..Im trying to get hubby to get healthy with me..he's 58, 6ft weighs 350 or so..and Diabetic..but he does him..he wont listen..Im buying healthy foods I gotta chop & cook and he bought himself 4 Calzones stuffed with goodies, for his lunchs at wk.. Today my sister who is 64 works as an operator at a Hosp. and has been needing a hip replacement 2 yrs, is going to the hospital..Her heart is skipping 7 beats, her neck and left arm hurt..I am very worried about her..I have tried to help her but she won't try to lose weight..she is now over 350 lbs..and has to use a walker..I dont know what else to do to help her..She needs bariatric surgery but refuses..She eats out everyday..She had her knees replaced right after I had mine done..Mine were due to osteo..Her weight contributed to hers needing replaced..I cant get her to love herself enough to try..and there's nothing I can do about that..I can only pray for her.jst pray...
