Wifey, it's part of the subscription of meat we just started receiving. Grass fed local beef and it's so good! We've been spoiled with some of our friends giving elk and venison and this beef is on thr samr level of quality. 👍

Awesome!!!! I’ve never eaten elk. I’ve had tons of moose though and caribou. If I recall, I think it was your hubby who made moose pizza? Am I correct or just plain crazy?? 😜 It’s like this memory in my head. 😝

That might of been him, but I can't remember and neither can he! Hahaha! I haven't tasted caribou, but I have had moose. 😋 Joe just had venison with New Mexico red chile. I tasted a bit, didn't have a biwl because I had already eaten, but it was delicious! 🌶🦌

I bet. I have never had venison either. Rabbit, all kinds of fish, seal, goat, mutton (🤮) I’m adventurous. I’ll try anything once. I love food, exotic and all. 😵

DP, it was! I watmed up close to 7 ounces and thought, oh I could get alot of protein. I only ate 3 ounces, so yes, very filling.
