Thank you, guys. ❤️This is my peaceful place. The sun broke through a couple times. ☀️ I was walking with one of my girls, so it was more of an amble than exercise. 👭 But, it was good. For sure, Katsolo, that would be fun! 😁 Ty!

Oh Melissa! What a beautiful place. I was at a dentist's appointment yesterday and while trying to relax, I was picturing, in my mind, a serene and peaceful place. This image fits that bill. Thank you for sharing this with ud. ❤ 

Thank you, MC, Shir, and Becky. Thank you for sharing this peaceful place with me. This week has been a rough one. I truely don't know why sometime I respond to stress with eating and at other times I'm much better dealing with it in a more positive way. I'm working a lot the next days, so I'm planning to really go light on the eating...Trying to get my control back. One if my jobs is caring for an elderly disabled woman. She and I both got our first covid vaccination this week. If all goes as planned, I hope to return to the gym in a month! Yay! Thatt will help me a lot!

Thank you, Andrew! I really appreciate your reaching out. Things are mighty stressful around here. Sometimes I feel totally overwhelmed. My workout routine is just garbage, and I just got another job. I'm really going to try this week to get my act togther. In a month, I will be starting back at the gym. I'm hopeful that will help too. I am trying to catch up around here as I can... It just takes a lot of time, which I don't have a lot of right now! 😁 I hope you are doing well! 😊🙏🌹
