Ahhhh, the sweet life below 130 kgs. :)
I was afraid I would have some fluctuation today, and would only be in the 120's weight category for a day. Well, I am happy to announce that I lost another 400 grams, moving me a little further away from the 130.00 mark - and lowering the risk of getting back up there. I prefer - when I reach a goal - to stay below it so I can continue claiming it. Of course this does not always happen.
However, today, I am below, and if I can do that for a day or two more, I should be out of the "danger zone". I think I have a fair chance of pulling it off - I am going swimming today, and I have teaching tomorrow, and those days usually promote weight loss.
Life is good! :)
