Can I say it out loud? Yes I can, It was another sunny nice day. Did I get out and walk? nope. BUT, I did get my workout in. Body is firming and shaping. This is where I'm noticing the change. It is not showing up on the scales. This is also where I would normally give up and let my mind do what ever it wants to with my eating. But I had been conditioning my mind for this change since November. I'm still watching, learning what is working what is not. The idea is to reach my goal, drop those 3lbs that just doesn't seem like want to leave lol. With hopes of an extra 5 for space. Anyway my eating was under control and my water intake was covered. I'm feeling ok right now. Been trying to get in bed earlier, this is so hard to do, because I'm used to staying up late and sleeping in late SMH. Another day ending. Let see what tomorrow holds. I'll keep moving.

I think that is great!!! I hate working out but I got a step counter on my phone so I do at least 6k a day with the sweat band on then in the evenings I do chisel and hammer workout. it sucks but I feel like it's working. the scale says no but my clothes tell me another story!!! keep it up!!!
