I've had a rough couple of days. Got an intestinal/stomach flu. Spent 90% of last night in the bathroom. If I got an hour sleep, I'd be surprised. I hadn't eaten since dinner last night. Nearly fainted twice from dehydration. UGH! I'm hoping, since it's been 5 hours since my intestines and stomach have calmed, it's safe to eat. Perhaps a mistake, but dammit, I wanted something simple and easy to make. So tonight's dinner (only meal today) was a chaffle bacon cheese burger.

LOL Tor, that reminds me of my childhood. My dad used to shake his head every time I was sick, as I could be sick as a dog one minute and chowing down a can of spaghetti-os the next.

Thanks Wifey. I hate vomiting too... unfortunately, it wasn't just that end. 😳 💩 I'm still weak, but dinner went down well. (and is still there, thank God!)

@Wifey, yes, windy and rainy. Dogs aren't wanting to go outside... prima donnas! @Darlene, chaffle is an egg and mozza cheese waffle. I don't eat carbs, so no to english muffins. @Mermee, yup, dinner stayed down and in. Now off for some much needed sleep.

Thanks V & Kat. I had a great night's sleep, no bathroom breaks, lol. I think it was a 24hr bug. In the past, that would have taken me a week to get over. So glad for this WOE (way of eating).

Well spaghetti-os are def after sick food! My go to was Chef Boyardi Ravioli! Lol

OMG I loved those too... anything Chef Boyardi. Now I open a tin and my stomach churns, lol. Same with the smell of KD. Thinking back on it.... no wonder I was a fat kid. I ate mostly KD and Chef Boyardi! *D'OH*
