Greetings Buddies:

I hope everyone is warm and cozy...snowstorms in the East, frigid temperatures here in the Northland! Burns calories going outside and shivering to stay warm!

Today I had Trader Joe's "Cowboy Caviar" which is a black bean and corn salsa! The name makes me laugh...but is a delicious one tablespoonful on scrambled eggs!

Working out three to four times at my favorite gym, and being rigid about weighing and measuring food. I am trying hard and seeing myself getting more fit and stronger; but the Idiot Box is hovering around the same weight.

I am dedicated, determined, and diligent

Have you measured yourself and keep track of it. Tape measure doesn't lie like the idiot box does.

Mmm does sound good. Eating my odd version of a taco salad and burning my mouth on some rather hot pablanos as a quick dinner. Stay warm and safe withe the cold and snow. The pounds will drop when they are ready-remember muscles weigh more than fat.

I love Trader Joe's. You are rocking it and things will change. Keep up the great routine. I wish that I had a gym I could go to.

Hi HCB- sounds cold in the Northland for sure but you are thinking positive with the calories burned in shivering :) Sounds like you are keeping up your good work with regular exercise and sensible eating- keep on keeping on and lets hope for an early spring !!
