So took some time off due to an unknown medical issue that began the week of Christmas. My abdomen randomly filled with 5 pounds of fluid. During the last two to three weeks I have not been able to eat. The doctors removed most of it for testing yesterday. It caused me to lose 4 pounds. However, I still have no desire to eat food. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thank you.

Try to start with a bland diet bananas, rice, toast and try to build up from there.

@GibJib Thank you for the suggestion. On top of the other procedures they included so much bloodwork. Most of it came back fine, just waiting on the rest.

Maddy I imagine the whole experience must be scary for you. It’s hard waiting, wondering what the cause was. I hope the doctors give you answers soon. ❣️
