I went to a baby shower today and allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted and had 8 little tea sandwich quarters. I couldn't find any thing like them on the food list so I listed 2 whole sandwiches. That may cover me for anything I may have forgotten. It was great to be at such an event and not eat so much that I would become uncomfortable. I seem to be getting more comfortable with being in social situations with people I don't know. I like that.

Tomorrow will be a water or juice fast day for me. I like fasting days. J
