Got on the scale this morning and was up to 185.2 lbs (increased by .4 since yesterday). I am not surprised seeing as we went out to dinner last night. It wasn't that I made a bad meal choice there was just more of it. I did purposely not eat as much at lunch and made sure I didn't snack in the afternoon, so I am sure that helped to limit to weight gain. I have also been slacking on recording my food intake the last two days which isn't good so I am back on track today.

Well today is D day. I told my husband that he had permission to force me to go to the gym today for the first time in a long time. I bowed out last weekend telling him that he was not to take no for an answer this weekend even if he had to take me kicking and screaming the entire way. I think I will give him a break, not make a scene and go on my own accord. Wish me luck.

I have to say even if I wasn't losing the weight on the scale I am still noticing that my clothes are definitely fitting better which is what I hear people focus on when the weight isn't coming off at all or isn't coming off as fast as they want. I really need to get a tape measure so I can get baseline measurements. Any ideas on what areas of the body I should be measuring?

Well, off to see if I have any workout clothes that fit. Watch out gym rats here I come!

Proud to say I got my exercising in for the day and I didn't even have to be dragged into the gym by my husband. Now I just have to go get ready to run errands even with this unplanned mini snowstorm we are having. Not looking forward to the driving.

The sodium in restaurant food can make you gain, even if you had a low calorie day. So you did great. Just drink some extra water.
