I'm BACKKKKK....... After 5 days of feeling like I was dropped in H***, I FINALLY have a bit of life back! I had all the symptoms of the flu, but it turned out to be a bad reaction to a recently prescribed medication. I didn't know that I was allergic to the med, but I SURELY do NOW! I figured it wasn't the flu i was trying to fight through yesterday when I woke up with a rash all over my body. UGH... so now I not only felt like S***, I LOOKED like HELL!
An antihistamine & steroid shot later, the rash is going away and I actually FEEL decent! YAY!
The most shocking thing is that I actually lost a couple pounds along the way too! I haven't worked out since LAST Tuesday! When i stepped on the RNG this morning, I figured I’d be up at least 5#. Down 2! :)

I too was following the millerm40 diet, got sick, took some antibiotics and had a terrible allergic reaction but I only lost .2 pounds, putting us both exactly at 207. Im not up to par yet, but its on! Glad youre feeling better :-)

Yo... congrats on your similar weight loss diet... it's been a week from hell for me... but feel like i'm on the mends! Glad we both survived our health set backs... GAME ON! :)

Glad we both survived period. Nothing like flirting with death to lose those stubbourn pounds! I guess we are crazy dedicated to losing lol!

I couldnt let you get ahead of me via allergic reaction, so I had to go get one of my own. Dont underestimate my competitive nature lol

Rubie, we've had 45" of snow to date... we normally average about 17" by this date in the season... Frankly, I'm TIRED already of shoveling... ENOUGH is ENOUGH! You can have ALL the snow for skiing you want, but keep it away from my house PLEASE! :)

Well I see what I can do about the snow, as long as I can still ski! I'll get that weather protection dome installed as soon as I can for ya; but no whining about the stale air and lack of rain in that dome when summer comes!
