I've done 2 days of exercise this week and I'm planning to get it done tonight too. I'm on the right track and thinking positive right now, so I'm hoping this will stick with me and I'll stay on this track. I've fallen before, but I'm embracing the positive attitude right now. I want to do well, so I will do well!

It's so hard to find motivation sometimes. Whenever I don't feel like working out I just have to remind myself that I've never regretted a workout once it was over, but I have regretted not working out.
