Thank you!! One of my golden rules is to never eat anything I don’t enjoy just because “it’s healthy”. That I’m itself is not healthy. Surely I’ve failed many of my concoctions but trial and error is amazing... 😁

I totally agree.I would rather adjust my portion size and tweak my recipes just a bit to be able to include some of my favorite things in my everyday way of eating.

Is that a meat alternative? I can't see the name on the bag....and I have never seen that Moz cheese "choice" either. Hubby and I LOVE Mexican food and this would really be a great addition💓

The vegan cheese is from Aldi, not my fave. I void fake cheese. The meat crumbles are soy based also not my fave but will do in a pinch. This meal was not “clean” by any means. I want to ensure everyone knows Vegan doesn’t translate to healthy or clean. If anything the market is full of heavily processed, chemical laden fake meats, cheeses, eggs etc. I follow my 80/20 rule and balance my meals best as I can,
