Choo choo it's not easy to escape your mind I do it with music you got to pray and think positive that's my home remedie we control our minds don't let your mind control you I know it's a struggle but it's all worth it when you find what works for you it's obvious your life is tough especially with no family I think it would help if you consider us your family I know we are all living in different places but I think FS makes me feel like I'm close to all of you and when I need to feel that love encouragement and support which is almost every day I come here even though I have family they don't no my struggle as well as yall do cause y'all have faced the same issues especially losing weight I'm hoping you find peace within yourself it's very important lots of love and hugs coming your way 🙏🤗❤️😊 

We are here for you. But more than we can do, God is the ultimate comforter in time of need. He never fails. Praying for you ❤️🙏

That’s why i let things fall out of mine all the time. Healthier. 🤣 smile and laugh, you’ll feel better. 

Is there something you can do to find a creative outlet? Music, art, books etc? I found paint by numbers are helpful at giving me something to focus on. I put a little inspirational music on. You can get them on Amazon pretty for a pretty reasonable price. 

That's why things I'm curious about I read about them example why does our 👃🐽 make boogers 🤣🤣...Why do feet stink ?see reading about silly stupid stuff keeps your brain out of jail
