A little bummed today, as I didn't make my end-of-year goal of 190. Missed it by a few pounds. Oh well, might be a few weeks late, but it'll happen!

Jan. 2020 - weight: 230lbs; bust: 50.50; waist: 51.50; hips: 54.00 ----- DAYUM I was a round ball, lol
Jan. 2021 - weight: 193lbs; bust: 46; waist: 44.50; hips: 48.00

Well as my FS sister, I am thrilled that you came this 👉🏽 👈🏽 much closer to your goal. I totally hear you about the disappointment. Yet despite this, how much have you learned about yourself? How to make your cravings work for your lifestyle (🚫erythritol), how you can have a slip but get back on that 🐴 (new spurs of knowledge dug deep), your ambition & self-compassion, the support you offer to your FS & IRL family and your constant drive to better yourself.
