For many 2020 was the worst year ever, but it was the BEST YEAR EVER for ME!! This was the year I lost 75 POUNDS!!! Not only that, I also got off the blood pressure and cholesterol medicine I was on, and I reversed pre-diabetes! One year ago I was 247 pounds (obese), taking three medications everyday when the doctor told me my A1C was in the range for diabetes. In 2020 I turned it all around! Today, my blood pressure is normal, my cholesterol is normal, my A1C is normal, I don't take any medications and even my BMI is normal!! 💙💪😁💙 I have so much to celebrate as the year ends! Happy New Year, my friends!! I hope you have something great to celebrate. Have a wonderful 2021! 🎉

Awesome job, Lonnie! So you don't need to go LC to reverse diabetes? It's like getting to a healthy body fat percentage does that, not your macro ranges. ;)
