A month or so ago, I got the Flu Shot for the 1st time... and GO FIGURE... I think I have the D*** FLU! Haven't been able to workout in a week... I feel LIKE S***!

GOD HELP ME! If it IS the FLU, I surely hope it doesn't really last 2-3 weeks like the website I just read of the symptons... I won't make 2-3 weeks of this... I feel like I've been RUN OVER by a 18 wheeler! :'(

SIGH...

Hope you feel better.... I had the flu shot a couple of times ... the thing that was bad about it was that I could not really get the flu and get over it... I felt like I was getting it for months. Constant sick. Hope you got some Tamiflu. That stuff works wonders. Drink lots of clear soup and drink diet 7 up. If your tummy is sick, graham crackers work wonders. Learned that in the hospital :) Feel better!

Feel better being sick is not fun. I have never been one for getting the flu shot it seemed like when I did got the shot I ended up always getting severely sick so I have not got one in over 15 yrs. I also have had to friends who gotten the shot shot and they have been sick for over a week.
