that tree is awesome!! love the simplicity. so classy. maybe because our tree was so cluttered with everything mom and dad found for 20 years hung on ours growing up. I don't mean simple as an insult in any way. less is more to me.

THX Hebrews! I have boxes of handmade porcelain ornaments/figurines/do-dads from my mom, but for the last two years I have been trying to simplify my life in areas that cause me stress. Christmas is definitely near the top. Just a simplified tree, stockings, and a table decoration this year. I would have thrown some of that stringy tinsel on but kitty likes to eat it (gross coming out the backend LOL).

THX Maine Coon. Sparky is getting a little elderly, so this year she just looked at the tree with interest and sparkly eyes, rather than doing her usual mayhem and destruction.

I had a short bis dog that ate cfl bulbs. she wasn't too bright.
