Well, back at it after a long hiatus!! Not as bad a place as the first time I started, but weighing in at more than I want. Gonna stick with the same tired but true rules. 1. Keep a record of what I eat. 2. Everything in moderation, 3. Focus on maintaining a - Net. 4. If I am going to indulge, I MUST have a workout that day.

Thanks Glen! I decided 2014 was the year "ME" had to came first! I have been ignoring ME for too long and finally decided I needed to embraced the word "No". I am no good to the people who matter, if I spend my days trying to please the people who don't matter! :) Happy New Year and I am sure the coming months will find us smaller and healthier! Cheers!
