🎄It's Motivational Monday & 🎅Merry Christmas!🎁

🔔This phrase: "It's not what you eat between Christmas & New Year's; it's what you eat between New Year's & Christmas that matters" has always stuck with me. Thanksgiving to January seems to be an "food indulgence season" as we (me) eat pies, Halloween treats, then Christmas goodies, add extra pounds but hope to change it all in January! 🤪My cycle for decades! LOL

❄️Just be gentle with yourself this next week; it's a little extra tough this year! 💝Be mindful, use moderation and balance it out with some healthy choices & good nutrition.🥗 Be guilt-free. Enjoy the time with your loved ones, in the house and online. Remember to take pics of your holiday mask! 😷Pray we never have to experience this kind of Christmas ever again.
