It’s always advised to speak with your Dr but I can say I’m in a group where many breastfeeding mamas drink protein shakes.

Kelc, nursed both of mine exclusively for 5-6 months & then each weaned at age 2. Extended breastfeeding was not accepted by many family members on both sides but we did a lot of things differently in our parenting. Meeting other women who nursed toddlers and getting support from other families was key. 💖 No matter how long or short you nurse, it’s a normal, natural way to feed & comfort your child.
