Today I cut my last roses of the year. Six months from now I will have some more! While trying to photograph them, my cats became quite interested. They joined the photo shoot! My little phone camera struggles mightily to focus on red for some reason. I wish the pictures were clearer. The large, dark red roses are from the first bush I ever purchased. Most years it produces right up to helping me decorate for the holidays! Merry Christmas to all!

The Pictures are beautiful as always I have never seen redder roses very nice and that's so cute it's like rose cat nip they look like they really love the roses 😊😺🙏❤️🎄

Thank you, Jenny! The cats are super curious about everything! 😁 It is pretty much too hard to see in the photos, but the red roses (the larger red ones as opposed to the small red and white buds) are actually striped with lighter cherry red and dark, blood red. I absolutely love their rich color and have never seen another roses bush like them except for one friend's who bought her bush from the same man at a farmers market! I don't think they are very common! ❤️🌹 ❤️

Mr. Cat is very handsome. They both are. My husband likes the cats too. We both love exchanging cat stories, photos, and videos.

Such gorgeous roses! My "real" camera struggles with red too. I *always* end up editing in Lightroom to correct it.

Your cat is so familiar with the camera that I'm suspicious he might be even used to catwalks (terrible pun, I know 😅)

Thank you ALL!!! ❤️ Sassy, watching those two strut around the house makes it very easy to see where the term "catwalk" came from!!! And, they are very used to being photographed must mostly when cuddled up looking cute! 😁 Atriel2, I don't know why red is so tough, but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one frustrated! 😁 Again, thank you all for your encouragent and kind wishes!
