How is it? I’ve never put anything with sustenance, besides milk, in coffee before. 

I wonder how those protein shakes would be as a coffee creamer. I have some vanilla ones. 

Yum! Where did you find the shake? I’m sold! I like International Delight’s Cinnabon coffee creamer !

I got the Cinnamon Roll flavor from Target! With coffee it tastes like the cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks but only 80 calories if you use half a carton. I usually get the bulk caramel flavor from Costco for my coffee and that is yummy too! I’m sure that the other flavors are good too. It definitely sustains me more until lunch vs coffee and creamer. ☺️ 

I’ve also tried it hot and it’s good too!

OoOOOOooo, cinnamon roll! My mom loves that brand, I've never seen that flavor though. I bet she'd love it. Thanks for the inspiration!  

(Sidenote for others on here, my mom uses this brand as a coffee creamer as well. She swears by it! She usually has a case of whatever Costco carries. The only one she won't mix with her coffee is banana, which is totally understandable imo 😂😂)  

I used the powdered version of Primier Protein, so I can put double in my coffee! (60 g Proteins) 

I have pumpkin, peach and chocolate

Wow I need to try these protein shakes .. you got me at “ cinnamon bun “ and if it tastes anything like the cinnamon dolce ... I can’t wait to try this .. I have a coffee creamer problem .. I have been trying to stay away from my half and half but can’t lol ☕️☕️🌞🌞 

I have coffee creamer problem too. I seem to only like coffee with the dry creamer and I know it has lots of not so good stuff and I use a lot. Where do you buy this? I sometimes use Atkins milk chocolate shake. I have been in search of a good hot chocolate that is not terrible for you. Any suggestions?  

I got mine from Target! As far as hot chocolate goes, I found this recipe: https://www.wellplated.com/healthy-hot-chocolate/ It uses unsweetened cocoa powder and a little bit of natural maple syrup (you could also do monk fruit sweetener) and your liquid of choice (water, almond milk, oat milk, hemp milk, dairy milk, etc). A lot to play around with! 

I bought the vanilla one today. I’m going to try this next week.
