Hello fat secreters, I'm back at it again. But this time I think I've got it right. I'm not dieting, I'm simply changing what I eat. For 2014 I've decided to only put healthy food in my mouth. I can eat what I want as much as I want as long as its healthy, no more junk food. No more processed food. The only meat I will eat is fish. I will do this for 22 days, to break my bad habits. After 22 days I will evaluate my progress, make any necessary changes and continue my journey. Like I said today is day 4 and I feel great. I feel healthy, light, and I have more energy. Of course I'm taking things day by day. My goal is to journal everyday and workout everyday. I will not weigh in. My theory is if I do what Im suppose to do everyday then I am winning. I am meeting my goals. Its a new year, Im tired of the yo yo thing, its time to meet my goals, time to get healthy. I'm taking things one day at a time, but the important thing is that I am moving forward. Oh yeah I will not eat after 7p. I will drink lots of water.
