My 20 pound cat refuses to give up his kitten bed that he outgrew years ago. He doesn’t fit any more but still tries to wedge even a small part of his butt into it. Sort of like me and all those skinny jeans I still keep in my drawer- in denial

Awesome idea, Lois! I keep my skinny jeans not in the hope I’ll get there, but in the sure knowledge that in spite of the donuts and cupcakes my daughter brought home, I will get there. I have a free day or two. It takes time for some-others lose quickly. I wish you all the best on your journey. I’ve been at it 13 months now. Up and down. Dong beat yourself up. We aren’t perfect. 🤗💯

I have many more clothes in my closet in smaller sizes that i do the ones that fit. I keep explaining that some day these too small clothes will be too big for me. Do I believe that? Some days. I know now it's difficult because I get no exercise and boredom "makes me" eat. And worse yet it makes me eat all the wrong foods. So when I get home from radiation I usually plotz and sleep or eat. 22 December will be my last ☢ day. Hopefully then my strength will start to return.
