This looks delicious. I'm interested in trying to replicate this dish.

Thank you! It's really simple, just requires the bigger oven to put everything on the same layer! First I steam broccoli and brussel sprouts to half-readidess and defrost the carrots and green beans. Then I mix veggies with a bit of olive oil (about 2tbsp for 6 portions like this one), salt, pepper, spices and herbs. Then I put my tilapia (also seasoned with some herbs and spices) in little foil plates and my veggies go to the copper crisper. I put them on the same level of preheated to 400° oven and bake till look ready) 

Looks great.  

The orange slice looks like a paw!
