Good evening FSF! As of 11/13 I have started working out consistently again.

Guys, I did my first 2 min plank and 1 min 30 sec wall sit! lol It doesn't sound like much, but it was super hard. With the fat loss I have definitely lost muscle mass as well. I can't wait until I can finally build up my muscle again and not feel so weak.

This was my workout with some of today and yesterday's combined, I also added four sets of lat pull downs, 4 sets of the seated row, leg curls, and leg extensions. Oh and ran a few laps around my house lol

Good job Bree I haven't worked out in 1year &1/2 I tried to lift some 5 lb weights this morning I made it through a few 20 reps of different arm excerises but I don't think it was a good idea to start with the 5 lb barbells I got a 2 lbs I will try tommorow starting over is very hard be encouraged we can do it 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉✌️🤗😊

Bree, if you have a toothbrush on a timer, that's a great time to do squats and sitting against the wall (work up to no wall). It's two minutes that you can't really go anywhere else and you should be brushing those teeth once a day. This is one of the things I have done fairly consistently for years and my legs show it. if two minutes is too hard, change what you're doing every thirty seconds and work your way up. When you get good at it, change the hand you're holding your toothbrush in or close your eyes. Just to mix it up.

Jenny! We all have to start somewhere and you are off to a great start! If you feel that 5lb was too much definitely use the 2lb until you're ready to increase the weight. You can do this Jenny. Keep up the hard work 💪 👏 💜
