I am feeling really full right now. I have had a lot water today, cuz I am trying to drink more water to help reach my birthday goal. But it may be just me, but when I feel this full it reminds me of over eating bad food. Anyone who can take a look @ my food diary and let me know what thy think. I have had at least 6 8oz glasses of water. I am going to gym around 7pm and may eat later but really want to try not too. HELP.

Protein can make you feel fuller longer, but if your calories are correct, you aren't eating much on some days. If you eat 3 big meals, you might want to eat smaller meals throughout the day. Your body can only metabolize a certain amount of protein at a time, so if you eat too much at one sitting, it will be stored. Eating smaller meals also helps keep your metabolism burning well and you won't feel so full.

Thanks suzi. I did noticed that I kinda just ate and ate. I think it might be because there was one of our xmas parties today and to keep from straying I went overboard with the Atkins goodies. Still feel full but hope to burn some of it off at the gym after work. Thanks for checking on me.
