was that your own homemade chili or was that canned chili I'd like to make turkey chili and put it in there my try out this week thanks for the input 

Yes! Homemade! Beanless for obvious reasons, lol. 2 lbs low fat grass fed ground beef, 28oz drained can of diced tomatoes-freeze drained liquid for future marinara. 3 onions, 6 cloves of garlic 4 TBLS chili powder, 2 Tsp cumin 1TBSP garlic powder, 1TBLS onion powder, salt and pepper. Half squash, bake at350 for 25 mins and save the seeds for roasted seeds! 

I’ve not tried turkey chili. That sounds like a great alternative

I roasted spaghetti squash. Good idea to put chili on it. 

I put sunflower seeds in my salad for flavor and protein and chia seeds
