I record a journal in my head everyday.It keeps me focused.I have to admit most days are pretty boring.I live in a very small town.Its only claim to fame is a post office and one church.No stop lights even.

I never took typing so this takes awhile.Most days the highlight is reading your journals.Mine cannot compare.I confess I still haven't gotten any better on the exercise front but I learn so much from your journals about mindful eating and loving every bite you eat.It really works.

You people are my best friends.I don't know what I would be without you.Yes I do...if I am not on FS I would be plowing through the carbs like I did last summer.

Rocky - We love having you as our Buddy too. I think sometimes we forget that our Journals are primarily for our benefit. Feel free to write down anything that will help you focus on your goal. If they happen to encourage someone else along the way - then all the better!

We love you too sweetie. Sorry that writing a journal is such a pain because we do love to hear from you but you do what you can when you can and we are just happy that you drop by from time to time. And you must be doing something right with the exercise because your weight is dropping :) Happy Sunday.

Hey Rocky! We live in a similar town. We are about to lose our post office!!! They might just cut back to 4 hours a day, though. We actually have a couple of churches! I think the little white church off interstate is still in use. It's so cute. LOL! I agree, this FS community does have lots of good advice and ideas from some of the best people I know. Hugs!

Hi, I am looking for an active group that posts often. I don't live on a small town, but love to be in contact with others trying to get the weight off. I try to journal everyday and record what I eat, but we all need support from each other. Babskk.
