What's up choo choo. Have a great day. I topped out my calories with peanut butter yesterday. Bad move lol. I went back for seconds before bed. I stopped after 150 grams only because I thought what will FS say. Lol. So only 700 something over for the day. Wasn't stress. Just tasted way too good. Your awesome. Keep moving forward. My mentor said Monday always fall forward. Never backward. So that's my goal.  

@ one thank you for binging too lol . I am who I am and I just want to be a better person.

Do y'all notice we discuss peanut butter and chocolate alot on here I guess it must be good lol as long as you are doing your best choo-choo2 that's all that matters on the situation of the nation all I can say about that is it's to much stress to handle I do my best to not worry about the things I can't change or control it will drive you insane if you do I'm focusing on me and what I can control it can be hard sometimes but that's what we are here for have a blessed day
