I really fell off the wagon over Christmas, baking and stress didn't help at all. I am determined to start the new year off right and lose this weight. I have already started out this morning weighing myself (yuck!) and doing some excersises on my Wii Fit. I am so angry at myself for gaining the weight back I had lost, but I am going to lose it!!!!!

I'm right there with you. I ate whatever I wanted over the Holiday's and now it has shown up and all my jeans are tight again........blah! So many of us do the same thing, but I know that if I put my mind to it and stay focused with support I can do it. This is the year to be the best we can!
