well.. weight is not going well but now I have a home gym I'm sure I can get on top of this.. some may remember a post I made a few months ago about my partner of 10 years and father to my 3 young girls, (eldest tuned 3 today) well alot of comment stick in my mind and I finally realised how bad the domestic abuse was and FINALLY I left him.. honestly never been happier and my kids have never looked happier either, so just want to say to those who commented a massive Thankyou for just being there and giving advice when I needed it :) amazing community xx

Good for you Flower So glad you saw the light ..... Now you're in a happier space you'll be able to turn yourself around and be who you want to be for you and your kids, The weight loss will then start to happen ..... I wish you well xx

Thankyou so much, at the moment the weigh loss just isn't happening as I've just been snacking with so much to do, but now life is settling I will be on it XD

Thanks guys, never felt so free, having to ask to spend £1 for a drink in shop, I've just spent money on me and the kids without asking, felt amazing!!! Haha xx

Thankyou all, as of yesterday me and my mum started healthy eating together, should be a little easier with someone helping me :) never been happier, the cherry on top would be weight loss now :) xx
