Stable weight......let’s hope my body enjoys this ###.

Secured an appointment next week for a Steroid Shot. My back has been in pain for a few months & they found more arthritis in my body. The engine is strong, but the car structure sucks!!!

They suggested to still lift (stay active), although with lighter weight . More reps and less plates!!

Time to find the 6 million dollar body or surgeon....

Tough break having back issues. I hope you can find a simple solution that keeps you “in the game” . I know it’s really difficult for someone with your drive and perseverance to hold back and not keep pushing the limits. Be careful and good luck searching!

Your workouts seem hardcore! I bet you can do some "safer" things and still maintain an ideal, fit body! Still news no one wants to hear! Sorry for that!

Thx everyone, the Health Care Company has recommended this shot vs. surgery. It could be up to 3 shots with 60-day spread/follow up.
