I'm making some adjustments to my diet since it has been two weeks with no loss. No gain either, so that’s good, but I still have plenty of weight to lose and something has to give.

So I am lowering my RDI from 1900 to 1800 and pledge to not go over it on a daily basis like I have in the past few weeks. I am also cutting my "fat coffee" in the morning to a half dose. Same amount of coffee, just half the cream and coconut oil that I was consuming previously. Wish me luck!

I think that's a good idea. Lowering your RDI, and NOT going over it that is. I took a peek at your calendar...and you have been going over on a regular basis. I think that has a lot to do with your present plateau. I had posted a while ago, a site to go to to check your calorie burning on various exercises that FS doesn't list. It also has a calculator for your BMI, RMR & BMR. It will give you a good idea of where to set your RDI. Mine is set to 1800, but some days I struggle to make 1200. Thanks! I just realized that this is a tough week to pull this off. I have been planning to have a cheat day on Thankgiving for months now. I'm not sure if I am going to follow through with it now.
