Hopefully the stall is over, I was getting worried for a bit. It seems as soon as I quit obsessing over the scale I start to lose again. Maybe we put too much emphasis on numbers rather than how we feel mentally and physically.

I hear you loud and clear. This is me to a T. That scale is going to kill me eventually. I even put the stupid thing back in the closet, thinking out of sight and all that. LOL. Guess what I did the very next day? You got it, I pulled the stupid thing out of the closet. Just do what you know is right with diet and exercise. How are your clothes fitting? Let those be the daily tells. Now I need to practice what I advice to others. :)

I think we should put the scale away permanently and just measure our waistlines. I keep going up and down the same three pounds. So tired of it. Good going on the weight loss. Woo Hoo!

We totally put too much emphasis on the scale. I keep reminding myslef that my goal has nothing to do with numbers. The scale is just a tool to help me know that I am staying on the right track..... It is how i feel that matters. Given that my scale rarely moves - it is a good think to keep reminding myself :)
