Hi. Keep going!! I too have an under-active thyroid gland and last year I was pre-type2Diebetic. After 6 weeks of taking the Thyroxine I lost 2stone fairly quickly but I was then in my 30's. If I get careless taking my Thyroxine these days, some 20 years later, the weight doesn't drop off the same when I restart the thyroid tablets! I did the NHS 12week pre-diabetic management programme and I'm no longer in that range. Being in lockdown has a bad effect though doesn't it but all we can do is try - good luck. 

Thanks for your comments and support Amba65, you're certainly doing well, keep it up. I don't have an under active thyroid, just an underactive willpower at times 😁 You're right, lockdown was hard. I had the tendency to hoard chocolate and cookies just in case they were never available again! 

Hi Seb. I think my problem is an "under-active brain" because I have just realised I have sent this reply to the wrong person and you are probably wondering what I've been going on about !! Apologies, but needless to say, the encouragement, support and best wishes on your endeavours still stands. (under-active willpower" I like that. It made me laugh) !!

Thanks for your comments Daisy, it's never easy is it? Keep going, it's tough at times. I think it will be more egg salads to come, we collect another 6 ex. caged hens tomorrow 🐔🥚
