Diabetes nutritionist check, went awesome! It just feels amazing to have someone really be blown away at your progress. I’ve lost 18lbs since last visit, (2 Mos) bioscale lists 100% loss is FAT! Woooooo-hooooo. I’ve gained muscle mass, and she says I’ve lost the fat proportionately very well. She’s been there from the beginning and to see her gush over my progress really made me feel great. I usually am on the inside”yeah.. yeah” and don’t let myself get overly excited over my progress. I’m too hard on myself and expect more. She says lighten up. I’ll try. I think she is used to people saying they are exercising and eating well, etc.. but she can see it, she says, this proves you are exercising! Well.. I am.. 4x a week lady. I missed today, so I’ll have to make it up SAT... we will see.. missing one day every few months, seriously is ok. I love going to the pool. The water is warm and inviting. I’m glad I like it, otherwise, working out would be torture.. I feel bad for others that can’t get exercise in and like it, etc.. was my excuse for a long time.
