Off work today so I took a class called cross-HIIT at the Y and as I was walking out the door I said “hm maybe I’ll try the pool after!! “ so I grabbed a swim suit and a towel and went on out the door .....

😑 😓 🤦‍♀️ after I got out of the pool I realized the only clothes I had to put back on were my sweaty spandex I had worn to class .... i think I burned more calories trying to pull those tight sweaty leggings up my wet skin than I did during the class or pool 😵🥴 so gross . Can’t believe I did that .

Haha- That sucks and is totally something that I would do. I have been trapped in a sweaty sports bra with my arms stuck (I think most women have) so I can guess what that was like. :)

😆 🤣 aaaa yes I’ve been there too!! So funny !! Makes you feel so fat too after a great workout then can’t get ur clothes on or off

Oh too funny. I’ve had some crazy experiences too. Can definitely relate to the sports bra. Eeeek so gross! 😂😂
