Bacon and egg for breakfast with 1/2 serving keto hemp hearts muffin; Lunch: Mini Keto cheese biscuit, veggie mix with cheese, and leftover pork roast with salad. Afternoon snack: cheese stick, pork skins and Keto iced coffee.
Planted two blueberry bushes this morning and will plant bunching onions this evening when it is cooler. I picked a handful of green beans and an armful of bell peppers out of my raised garden and discovered 3 cantaloupes growing. Will we get an early frost or will we get to eat them? Always a toss up!
