You do more cooking in a day than I do in a year. And it looks like all your hard work is paying off - so keep those dishes coming!  

Hahaha BuffyBear. I feel like I spend my life in the kitchen! My friends refer to me as the "kitchen gadget queen" because if there is a kitchen gadget that might be useful or just unique I will try it. It seems to run in my family though, my mother and my brother have the same problem.  

I love kitchen gadgets. I found an immersion blender I forgot I had the other day. I could have used that several times if I remembered getting it. LOL! Where are you getting your whoopie pie pans and are these used for the sliders? 

I ordered it from amazon but they have them in bed bath and beyond. Only reason I ordered mine was I wanted that mini pie pan sheet. It is really cool too because it has 6 pie cavities. I also horde bed bath and beyond coupons and just info, they NEVER expire. Yes, they have an expiration date but that is because the law requires it but BBBY don't care. They also are good on the list of stuff at the bottom that say exclusions. That is also because certain companies require they put the exclusions there. I did not believe it until I bought the Vitamix with $100 off. I used to make professional cakes but my waistline did not like it too much and my feet could not take the constant standing. I still get cake requests that I have to turn down. I love being creative in the kitchen because it brings happiness to all who reap the benefits. My love for cooking may have contributed to my 32 year marriage. LOL he probably married me for my culinary skills. 

I noticed that the whoopie pie pan had a link to walmart. My walmart does not carry them. I live in the country and my walmart has horse, pig, and chicken supplies but no cool cooking stuff. I love my Amazon and I go to BBBY about every 3-4 weeks to look at the cool stuff. If you eat avocado's, the avocado saver is really cool. It was like 3.99 at BBBY.  

Walmart does a store to store send. It doesn't costs anything to have it shipped and then you pick it up at your store.  

Their store to store is just so slow. I am one who wants stuff yesterday! I have Amazon prime so all of my two day shipping is free. Many times, I can get stuff cheaper that way. On big items, I love my bed bath and beyond because of the coupons. On the question of the sliders, yes I used the whoopie pie ban for those and over-filled them so I made 12. Slicing one in half is more than enough for an egg and cheese sandwich in the morning rather than using two slider buns. Today, I made one small pizza sized bun when I made the regular batch in the pizza pan and had a low carb pizza that was really cool. I made 6 pizza's, 5 regular and one low carb. Ordered some of the carbquick to try more pizza's, all low carb. While my family still has more carbs in the form of fruits, they pretty much eat what I do so it all works out. I have a 4 year old who hates sandwiches and breads as well as potatoes and candy (I know, strange child) but I do make sure she gets plenty of healthy carbs. 

It sounds like you have a good handle on the pan situation. I am going to try the sliders as a pizza. I'm glad you liked it.  

DH says cooking is like any other project - you need the right tool to get the job done! I have a stash of those BB&B coupons too!  

I wish we had a BB&B near me. Might be worth a fun trip to go and visit one close by. So do you just sign up on their website for coupons or do you use that groupon thing? Also, are you using the sliders recipe from the Buttoni (sp?) blog? I have a zillion cookbooks here and figure I am bound to have a low carb recipe someplace.
