Here are a few picks of me in my chunky days at 215 pounds or more. All of them are from this year. At the time of posting this, I am 24 pounds less. I will post progress pics soon.

I also want to say that I am so happy the love of my life is dieting with me. She makes it so much easier!

Ha! I just scrolled them over. Your wife is so pretty and you both look so happy. Loved the pics. Thanks for sharing! Those are some big bass fish!

I'm in total agreement. Both you and your honey look great!!! and happy. It is so helpful when you and your partner are able to be happy doing the same thing and are able to fight for weight loss together.

Thanks guys. Yall are so sweet. Leslie is a little discouraged with her progress because I have lost twice as much as her but she is a trooper and is sticking with it. She has lost 10 pounds so far. She does not log her food and sometimes strays a little bit but her intentions are always good.

Women don't drop the weigh like men do... it's just the way it is. Tell her not to be discouraged. I bet she has dropped a size or two! That is the way to tell if the low carb eating is working. It's all good.

She is getting into some of her jeans that were to tight before. That excites her. And she is always reminding me that women dont loose weight like men. She says that's "just not fair!" haha
