Fast day with the bone broth recipe. Will break fast at 6 with evening salad. Feeling good. Weekend was fun we were able to "watch" grandson play little league and he was awesome! Had 2 hits and tied the game and they won the game! Mom did a video and we loved seeing the little guy :) as Dad was coaching. This will be an abreviated season before the weather changes. He has been practicing with Dad and it is now paying off. KIds need to be outside and running around! Proud Gramdma and Grandpa. It's all good. Have a great Monday FS land.
