hello everyone 😄 can you help me please. Are the meal plans set up for weight loss??? Might sound like a silly question but on the High Protein low Carb plan my carb levels seem to be higher than the protein??? or do you have to adapt it to fit you?? Only some of the suggestions seem to have a high carb content. Can anyone suggest a high protein plan at all any help or suggestions much appreciated thank you Jo

Hi Josie. Every meal plan has to be adjusted to your needs. What you are trying to achieve? What should be ur calorie intake per day? How much of the carb per day u want to eat? U have to remember that carbs are everywhere and u need to be very careful of what u eat to stay full and happy! :) it is also important to know what u like and dont like yo eat? Allergies? Dietary requirements? Im happy to help if u need but i need more info :)

Hello Monikadebska thank you for your email. So I am trying to shift some overall weight mostly round my middle as the Drs have advised me to do this. I have tried Slimming world and I would lose about 7lb then put it back on again even though I kept to the food plan!!! I worked out that I was probably consuming too many calories so tried this but not losing weight so am trying to restrict my calories to 900 per day. However I was a bit unsure on what %of carb, fat and protein I should have. I restrict milk to 150ml a day, no cheese or butter bread maybe twice a week. I am eating fish chicken vegetables salad and honestly don't know what else I can do. Any help or meal suggestions would be greatly appreciated -plain style food really. I have to lose approximately 2stone which you think shouldn't really be that hard!!!¡ But can't shift it!!! I don't have any allergies and I am not a big fruit eater.
