Had a hard week. Lots of my patients are going through very hard times. Yesterday RBG died and I am really sad about that and worried for the future especially for the women of this country. We have some nasty neighbors who moved in upstairs who are disrupting our home and we may have to move soon. My roommate says that the landlord is overcharging us but he has yet to provide any proof and wont make the effort to take care of business but will make the effort to complain about it. No shows and cancellations where at an all time high this week. BUT I stuck to my diet plan and got all the exercise I needed to get and have dropped another pound...
