I have a secret motivation. Tomorrow I go to the doctor for my annual check up. Don't think the scale will quite weigh me the same as when I am in the buff at home though. My current weight of 199 is based on my home digital scale. No food or drink after 8 pm tonight. The test isn't until 8 am tomorrow. I'll let ya'll know the results when I get them. Thank you to all of you for your support. I'm a little nervous but excited too. Don't want to be overly opptimisic. And usually I'm very opptimisic. We Can Do It With God's Help!

Hope everyone had a good holiday or weekend. I'm still technically on vacation with my husband. We watched the Bears game yesterday while we put up the tree. Those chicken wings with Lousianna hot sauce were tasty.

Whatever the number that comes up tomorrow on the doctor's scale, it will still be showing a very nice loss for you, so I'm sure the doctor will be impressed. Definitely post your results. Anxious to see how you do. Good luck.

I'm excited for you Cindy. I know you will do great. I'm sure your numbers will be down too. You have come a long way and you should be very proud of yourself. Hang in there and yes, we all can do it with God's help. Enjoy the rest of your day.:)

I supposed the loss is all relative, so any loss will be good. I know what you mean. My doc's scale weighs me 6 lbs heavier. I hate it.

You and your doctor should be very pleased with your 20lb weight loss. So what if the doctor's scale adds a lb or two, esp when you already know it's bc of your clothes. Enjoy the rest of your vacation!

Cindy, you have done so wonderfully, how could your doctor not be excited with your progress? I am sure that the results from your test will also be fantastic! I am praying for you, and yes, with God's help, WE CAN DO IT!!!!!
