I'm camping in Riggins, Idaho in a lovely spot right beside the Little Salmon River. Here I have a very weak internet signal and haven't been able to use my FatSecret tools. Although I've continued my walks, I've still been going up on the scale. I now have five pounds to lose to get back to where I was. As soon as I get the internet back, I have some work to do. I'm going to try again to upload this post. If you're reading this, it's a miracle I got it to upload.

1 & 2) This is the Little Salmon River in Riggins, Idaho. I'm camped right beside it.

3) This shows some rapids in the Little Salmon River.
The terrain here is very rocky.

4) This is my campsite on the riverbank.

5 & 6) We took a ride to a park in Riggins and I took my walk along the Salmon River where I took these pictures. When we first arrived in the area a week ago it wasn't very hazy. However, the smoke from the forest fires has moved in. Although the nearest forest fire is 20 miles away, the smoke is obvious in these pictures. The good news is the smoke has been better over the past couple days.
